A full-size replica of Noah's Arch in the Netherlands. Very big and very impressive. It will leave its home in Dordrecht soon to be shipped to Brasil!
A partial eclips was visible in the Neterlands on 20 March 2015. Due to the clouds is was hardly visible unfortunately. However, just near the end, there was a small opening in the clouds.
The Dutch town of Harderwijk is situated at the shores of a lake where in the Second World War 117 allied airmen died when they were shot down by German artillery when flying over the lake. 45 airmen are buried in Harderwijk. This monument is created by Arend Kleinpaste and placed in Harderwijk in 2012.

Maintenance on a ship propellor. I took this image during a short boat trip from the Nationaal Reddingsmuseum (National Lifeboat Museum) in Den Helder.
