Fada Theater; a theatre group started by (Syrian) refugees. Starting small in the refugee centre in a Dutch prison, they performed in a church and after that they performed in theatres all over the country. These images show the contrast between their life in the refugee centre annex prison building and their performance on stage in the lime light. These series end with their transfer to another place, their celebration for receiving their status and the celebration of Kingsday in the Netherlands.
